The Green River killer -- believed to be the United States' most prolific serial killer -- is now facing charges in a 49th murder. The remains of Becky Marrero were found by some teenagers in December. Gary Ridgway had already confessed to killing Marrero a few years ago, but authorities didn't charge him then because he couldn't provide enough information to support a charge.
